  1. Geofence 

A geofence is a virtually drawn boundary around the respective stop/location by the transporter in the software itself.  A desired shape is drawn around the location and can be named too. The transporter is notified as soon as the vehicle enters in the geofenced location and also when the vehicle exits.


  1. Playback 

Tracko provides a one-year history called playback. The transporter can oversee the vehicle's routes, stop locations, and so on. Playback allows the transporter to see the vehicle's travelled distance and routes. Choose a date and time to begin viewing the route, as well as an end time. When viewing playback, a purple icon is generated at the locations where the bus stopped. You can also see when the vehicle was travelling at what speed. The total calculated stop time and distance travelled by the vehicle during the two selected days/dates are also displayed.


  1. Support section 

Tracko provides easy troubleshooting in the event that the transporter encounters any problems.The transporter can access the support section and open a case. When they do this, a form will be generated in which they can enter their information such as name, email, and phone number, as well as select the severity of their case from a list.
